-What finally made you decide to start with a weight loss program?
I'd been yo-yo'ing for years. After the birth of my son, I was motivated to finally lose it all for good!

-What type of weight loss program did you follow?
Weight Watchers

-Why did you choose this weight loss program?
After low carbing it for a while I decided I needed something that was easier for me to stick with. I heard of the points program at Weight Watchers and I figured it was worth a try.

-How long have you been on your weight loss program?
Almost 2 years

-What kinds of physical activities do you like doing to help you lose weight and stay fit?
I try to walk about 5 days a week for a 1/2 an hour and I am VERY active with my son. As crazy as it sounds we dance around like maniacs and I burn a ton of calories.

-What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome or are still overcoming?
Portion control. I LOVE to eat.

-How do you keep yourself motivated?
My son was my motivator this time around. I wanted to be a fit and active mom. Now that I've lost the weight the simple fact that I never want to go back to the old me keeps me motivated.

I also maintain a weight loss blog where I post recipes and ideas. The support I receive from my readers really keeps me going.

-Do you have any weight loss tips for our readers?
I actually journaled my entire weight loss journey online and I've been posting, tips, recipes, product finds and guidance. You can check it out at http://weightwatchen.com, Roni's Weight Watchen Page(s).

-Do you think it will be easy to fall back into your old lifestyle pattern? How do you prevent this from happening?
I think it would but two things keep me going:
1.) I continue to go to weekly WW meetings, and
2.) I stay active on my web site.

-Do you have a favorite Web site or blog that helps or inspires you to lose weight?
My site is Roni's Weight Watchen Page(s).

The Weight Watchers support boards are at Health Discovery.

There's also the Weight Watchers Message Boards.
